- Mood Entries: Emotions, notes, timestamps, and photos you choose to record
- Activity Data: Activities and tags you associate with your moods
- App Preferences: Theme settings, notification preferences, and language choice
- Achievement Progress: Streak data and unlocked achievements

- Personal identification information (name, email, phone) - unless you provide it for support

- Data from other apps
Data Storage
All your mood data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your personal mood entries on external servers. Your journal entries, photos, and preferences remain completely private and under your control.
Optional Cloud Backup
If you choose to use iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android) backup:
- Data is stored in your personal cloud account
- We do not have access to your cloud backup
- Backup is encrypted by your cloud provider
AI Features
When you use AI-powered features (AI Coach, Weekly Analysis):
- Your mood data is sent to our AI service provider for processing
- Data is transmitted securely (encrypted)
- We do not store AI conversation history on our servers
- AI responses are generated in real-time and not retained
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
RevenueCat (Payment Processing)
- Handles subscription purchases
- Does not receive your mood data
Firebase Analytics (Optional)
- Anonymized usage statistics
- Helps us improve the app
- No personal data is collected
- You can opt out in settings
Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it yourself.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Export: Download your data anytime (CSV or JSON format)
- Delete: Remove all data through app settings
- Opt-out: Disable analytics in settings
- Uninstall: Removing the app deletes all local data
Children's Privacy
Moodora is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures:
- Local data encryption on supported devices
- Secure HTTPS connections for all network requests
- No server-side storage of personal data
